PRP is concentrated and the remaining platelet poor plasma is denatured to form a viscous scaffold. The mix is injected as a natural dermal filler to give volume but also acts to induce collagen and elastin and regenerate dermal components, tightening and rejuvenating the skin long term.
A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient, which is then processed to extract platelet-rich plasma (PRP). The remaining platelet poor plasma (PPP) is heated to create a bio gel, which is then mixed with the concentrated PRP to form the DermaFiller.
