Dr Rozina Ali has 25 years of NHS experience and nearly two decades in private practice complemented by stellar international training and advanced fellowships.
Dr Rozina Ali's expertise stems from her attendance at the inaugural meeting of the World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery in 2001. Her early specialisation in reconstructive plastic surgery led to an expertise in microvascular breast reconstruction as well as breast aesthetic surgery.
Rozina has been an advocate and early convert to the science and skill of fat transfer and has considerable expertise in this area. She views it as a sub-specialty in its own right with huge potential in regenerative surgery.
Rozina's aesthetic practice is at the cutting edge of the new specialism she has coined regenerative aesthetics. Rozina contends that fat is the nearest we have to the golden ‘elixir of youth’, offering volume, stem cell function and tissue regeneration.

Since then she has presented a TEDx talk focused on the Power of Change and won multiple industry and business awards including being selected as one of the UK’s 100 Pioneering Medical Women in the Medical Women’s Federation centenary edition.
